The Opiate Freedom Centers Return Policy:
Customers may return unopened product within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund minus any applicable shipping costs as listed on the sales receipt.
Customers are responsible for shipping products back to us.
Upon receipt of the product we will inspect the packaging to ensure that all seals are intact and unopened:
-If all seals are intact upon receipt, The OFC will issue a refund for the product price minus any applicable shipping costs as listed on your receipt.
-If the product has been opened or damaged and we determine that it is not possible to sell the product, we will be unable to issue any refunds.

- All refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Credit card or PayPal when applicable).
- Refunds issued may take up to 3-5 business days to process depending on your banking institution.
Our Guarantees and Refund Policies are as follows:
- We guarantee our products will be free of manufacturing defects or packaging defects and will accept any defective item for a full refund or exchange. We ask that customers who receive products with manufacturing or packaging defects take a picture as evidence so we can correct.
- We guarantee our products will be delivered to you sealed, tamper resistant and sterile.
- We guarantee it will be delivered intact and free from damage caused by unforeseen incidents during shipping and will accept any damaged item for a full refund or exchange. We ask customers who receive products that have been damaged during shipping take a picture as evidence so that we may file a claim on our behalf with our shipping carrier.
- We guarantee on-time shipping and delivery. All orders Monday-Friday will be shipped same-day or next-day excluding holidays.
